    Returns

    You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible: - The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. - It must be in the original packaging. - Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number). To initiate a return, contact us at support@rkstore.com. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned: - Perishable items - Downloadable software - Gift cards - Personalized or custom-made products

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@rkstore.com.

    Shipping Returns

    You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
